I`m not sure how much truth there is in this story in the World Tribune, but I suspect at least part of it is on the money. Why would Egypt need an atomic device? I suspect to counter a nuclear Iran!
I really don`t like this; too many nations are getting entirely too close on nukes, and sooner or later someone is going to use one. We must develope some kind of workable non-proliferation policy!

OOPS! Maybe we shouldn't have been so quick to sell them those M1A2 Abrams?
Personally, I don't think we have any business selling our best millitary hardware to any country. Least of all a country that's one step away from being run buy Islamic militants!

I agree wholeheartedly, anonymous. We shouldn`t be selling military hardwear to anybody we can`t absolutely trust. We`ve been burned before by this.
