Chalupa Coup Coming Quickly
I was reading a piece by Cap Weinberger about the Tortilla Riots in Mexico, and a thought occured to me; maybe I`ve misjudged the President`s fuel alcohol initiative?Perhaps the President is being cagier than I gave him credit for? Maybe his ethanol proposal was designed to force reform on the Mexican government, force Mexico to denationalize her oil industry by the threat of higher food prices. We need oil, and Mexico has plenty which is undeveloped, and if they won`t let us have it we`ll use corn to make fuel, and Mexico will be forced to pay much more for this staple. How long can the government sit on their siesta-ing backsides with the threat of a Chalupa coup? It`s tortilla revolution time!
A modernized oil industry in Mexico means a wealthier Mexico, which means fewer Mexicans will have to leave for the U.S.; that`s the best border defense of all! Let`s brew up a revolution!
More on this soon!
