Even John Stuart supports Cross at Ground Zero

You know when you're in trouble as a leftist when you can't even get John Stewart - and New York's Mayor Bloomberg - to support your position.

comedian Jon Stewart weighed in on the Ground Zero cross controversy. More specifically, he targeted the lawsuit that a group of atheists is waging in an effort to prevent the cross’ display at the soon-to-open 9/11 Memorial and Museum in New York City.
Stewart took a stance in support of the cross’ display and against those opposing it, asking atheists:
“…why do you give a sh*t? That cross is an artifact. It was found at Ground Zero. It has come to mean something to people who view it as a symbol of comfort.”
These comments mirror those of New York City Michael Bloomberg, whose open support for the cross The Blaze has documented.
