Who`s to blame for this? Why isn`t the government being sued? The government demanded that the oil industry create these non-polluting additives, then they leave industry to it`s fate for using what big brother demanded. Notice the slap in the article at Tom Delay; he is from Texas don`t you know! He is so evil, he wants to pollute the water so children die!
