The Long Arm of Climate Change
Over at the American Thinker, biologist Jason Katz Cooper bemoans the multitude of tribulations resulting from CO2 buildup and Global Warming.
He sites news reports which show that CO2 emissions are raising world temperatures by a blistering 1 degree while simultaneously threatening an ice age. Frogs are being found farther north, reindeer are hurting their little tongues biting icy twigs, birds are returning from their migrations early, etc. Truly, we are facing an apocalyptic scenario.
The magnitude of this disaster is breathtaking; it now appears that Global Warming has reached across to our neighboring planet Mars! Wasn`t it enough for Mankind to mess up one planet?
If we had only signed Kyoto, all our problems would have been solved!
