Republican Hopes Flag as Major Terror Organizations Endorse Democrats

Things are so bad for the Republicans this election cycle that they`ve even lost the terrorist vote.

In a stunning setback for Karl Rove, Dick Cheney and Halliburton, major terrorists have endorsed the Democrats for their tougher stance on the War and concerns about Global Warming. Losing the terror vote could well be the difference between a Republican loss and a route, and may push Democrats into position to recapture the White House in `08 if they continue to lead boldly on these issues.

When asked for a response, major Democrats had quietly enthusiastic responses: John Kerry reminded us that he served in Vietnam, Ted Kennedy requested ``that it be, er, on the rocks``, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid referred our correspondent to his attorney, claiming Rocco would break our legs if we kept bothering him, and former President Bill Clinton simply began throwing chairs in the auditorium.

``Things are pretty grim when you can`t count on terrorists to support you`` an undisclosed Republican was quoted by a guy we met on the street outside of the Dairy Queen in Peoria ``the Administration has deservedly lost the confidence of the average Joe``.

Isn`t it time we stop the politics of Jihadist destruction and return to a more sane policy of engagement with insurgents. Hasn`t the policy of attack and destroy been proven to simply antagonize those who would kill us? These Terrorist Organizations endorsing the Democrats should be a wake-up call for Bush and his neocons in the White House that the time for military action is past and that a kinder, more gentle policy is needed.
