Swiss Miss

I realize Continental Europe is militarily incompetent, but this is ridiculous!

If Europe would spend more time actually fighting real enemies, instead of leaving that to the United States, perhaps they wouldn`t accidentally invade other countries.

A miss is as good as a mile, they say; will the Swiss offer to rebuild Liechtenstein? Will the World Court grant war reparations?
